Associate Director leading DevSecOps and cloud engineering initiatives at AstraZeneca's Bangalore office. Responsibilities
Drive technical innovation and adoption of cloud technologies, standard methodologies, and emerging platforms
Provide architectural guidance for cloud migrations, conduct architecture reviews, and manage technical risks
Design multi-account AWS architectures, implement Infrastructure as Code frameworks, and establish DevSecOps practices
Design monitoring and observability platforms with AI/AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection and auto-remediation
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and establish standard processes across engineering teams
Requirements
8+ years DevSecOps/Cloud Engineering with hands-on technical expertise
5+ years architecting enterprise-scale AWS solutions in production
Expert-level Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code
Production Kubernetes/EKS and CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
