Associate Director, Clinical Research Associate Manager in Bombay, भारत

Associate Director role managing a team of 6-14 Clinical Research Associates in clinical trial monitoring. Responsible for team development, performance management, capacity planning, and ensuring adherence to ICH GCP standards and company procedures across sites in India.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of 6-14 CRAs including career development, performance reviews, and addressing underperformance
  • Allocate work, develop staff, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Provide input on capacity planning and forecast CRA resource needs for headquarters
  • Ensure consistency of processes and protocol implementation across country sites
  • Resolve site and CRA operational issues in coordination with study clinical research manager

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Science, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or Clinical Research
  • Expertise in ICH/GCP regulations and Good Documentation Practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing clinical research teams and CRA personnel
  • Fluent in local language; business-proficient English (verbal and written)
  • Strong working knowledge of trial management systems and tools
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with high emotional intelligence
