About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Delivery Manager to support software delivery at Toolyt, an enterprise CRM SaaS platform. The role involves coordinating development teams, tracking project progress, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of software releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of features, enhancements, bug fixes, and client customizations.
  • Support sprint planning, task allocation, execution, and release management.
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, Design, and Customer Success teams.
  • Track sprint progress, delivery timelines, team utilization, and KPIs.
  • Identify and follow up on blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to development, testing, UAT, and deployment processes.
  • Communicate delivery updates and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Support process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in software delivery, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of SaaS/product development environments.
  • Laravel/PHP knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with client customizations and release management.
  • CSM, PMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
