This Associate - Data Entry role is with WNS, Part of Capgemini, an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations and transformation, serving more than 700 clients across 10 industries.

Key responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter Bill of Lading details using certain logics and instructions given
during training and refreshers.
2. Send process query, missing documents query, missing documents query, other communication to the relevant teams.
3. Meet individual KPI targets, including productivity, accuracy, production, and production hours, as per process requirements.
4. Follow instructions and guidelines provided by Team Leaders and Managers for all work-related activities.
5. Be willing to work extended hours based on business requirements and remain flexible with all shifts and weekly offs.
6. Works effectively in a group and collaborates with the team effectively.

Selection Process:
1. Online Assessment

3. Technical Interview

Work Schedule: 6 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. Candidates should also be flexible to work extended hours when required.

4. Basic computer knowledge is required.

5. Candidates should be comfortable working in all shifts, rotational week-offs, and extended hours when required.

6. Shipping domain knowledge candidates will be preferred.
