About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand brand briefs and scout relevant creators based on category, niche, location, language, followers, engagement, audience, and content style.
2. Scout creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
3. Reach out to creators and talent managers regarding campaign opportunities.
4. Share campaign details, deliverables, timelines, and commercials with creators.
5. Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables within the approved campaign budget.
6. Follow up with creators and close them for campaigns.
7. Onboard selected creators onto the https://jobeax.com/link/iQKr8E1RwlY8MgGg platform and ensure their profiles are complete.
8. Maintain and regularly update the creator database.
9. Track creator responses, availability, commercials, confirmations, and onboarding status.
10. Build strong and long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
11. Coordinate with the internal campaign team to ensure creator requirements are fulfilled within timelines.
12. Continuously scout new and relevant creators to expand the company's creator network.

1. 0–1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, talent management, or a related field.

2. Freshers with a strong understanding of social media and creators are welcome to apply.

3. Good knowledge of Instagram and YouTube.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

6. Comfortable speaking with creators and talent managers over calls and messages.

7. Good understanding of basic creator metrics such as followers, engagement rate, average views, and audience demographics.

8. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

9. Highly proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular follow-ups.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaign requirements simultaneously.

11. Someone who spends time on social media and knows creators/trends.

12. Someone who can identify good creators beyond just their follower count.

13. Someone confident in calling, communicating, and negotiating with creators.

14. Someone who is persistent with follow-ups and can convert conversations into confirmed collaborations.

15. Someone who wants to build a career in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
