AI Creative Specialist

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong design skills and proficiency in multiple AI tools to create high-quality marketing creatives, product visuals, and campaign assets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design social media creatives, website banners, promotional graphics, product creatives, and Amazon A+ content.
2. Use multiple AI tools for image generation, background replacement, image editing, enhancement, and lifestyle visual creation.
3. Create AI-assisted product visuals while maintaining accurate product colours, prints, textures, and details.
4. Develop creative concepts and variations based on marketing briefs and campaign requirements.
5. Use professional design software to refine AI-generated outputs.
6. Maintain brand guidelines, visual consistency, and quality standards.
7. Deliver creatives within deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
8. Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality and productivity.
9. Required Skills
10. Strong graphic design fundamentals and image-editing skills.
11. Hands-on proficiency in multiple AI creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini/Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney.
12. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design software.
13. Strong prompt-writing skills and the ability to refine AI-generated visuals.
14. Attention to detail, creativity, and time management.

Portfolio Requirements:
Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing graphic design work, AI-generated creatives, product lifestyle visuals, and examples created using at least three AI tools.
Preferred Experience: D2C, fashion, kidswear, e-commerce, and performance marketing creatives.

9. Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

10. Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and improve creative workflows.

11. Ability to incorporate feedback, make revisions, and maintain organised design files and final exports.

12. A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and AI-assisted creative work is mandatory.

13. Candidates should be willing to complete a practical design assignment during the selection process.

14. Experience in kidswear, fashion, D2C brands, Amazon A+ content, and performance marketing creatives.
