About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily guest reviews on Google, https://jobeax.com/link/JlXYiB7d5OmofGlA, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Agoda/Priceline, and brand Medallia portals.
2. Respond to all guest reviews within 24-72 hours.
3. Ensure responses are professional, personalized, and brand-compliant.
Identify recurring issues and report patterns to management.
4. Maintain tracking sheets to ensure no review is missed.
5. Escalate sensitive reviews to senior management when necessary.

Skill(s) required

Social Media Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Strong written English communication skills.

2. Attention to detail and ability to personalize responses.

3. Ability to handle negative feedback professionally.

4. Basic understanding of OTA platforms (preferred).
