As an Associate Content Writer at Vishwanath Ayurved Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative writing skills while contributing to our mission of promoting holistic wellness through Ayurveda. We are seeking a talented individual who is proficient in English, both spoken and written, and has experience in copywriting and scriptwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write UGC, performance ads, product videos, reels, and social scripts.
2. Research the product, audience, competitors, and category before writing.
3. Find real consumer insights, pain points, objections, and behavioural triggers that can become creative angles.
4. Develop fresh hooks and concepts, not generic problem statements.
5. Turn product USPs into engaging, conversion-focused scripts.
6. Create multiple hooks and variations for testing.
7. Write in English, Hindi, and Hinglish depending on the audience and platform.
8. Use natural, engaging language designed for retention and conversion.
9. Work with the creative/marketing team and use performance feedback to improve future scripts.

Other requirements

1. Someone who is genuinely very good at scripting and understands short-form video.

4. Experience with UGC and performance marketing creatives.

5. Strong English + Hindi/Hinglish writing skills.

6. A portfolio showing actual video scripts, ads, or creative work.

7. A plus: Experience with D2C, Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands.

8. Junior candidates with strong scripting skills, a sharp creative sense, and the ability to learn quickly are also welcome. We value skill and thinking over years of experience.
