We are looking for an Associate Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide technical and functional support across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As an Associate Consultant, you will work as part of our Global Delivery Team, supporting customers across Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. You will manage incidents and service requests, troubleshoot functional and technical challenges, and collaborate with customers, colleagues, and Microsoft support teams to drive issues through to resolution. 

Key responsibilities:

• Providing customer-facing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Business Applications, managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshooting functional and technical issues across Dynamics 365, including configuration, performance, integration, and user-related challenges.
• Supporting Dynamics 365 administration activities, including user access, permissions, Microsoft Entra ID integration, and application configuration.
• Collaborating with customers, internal consultants, and Microsoft support teams to investigate complex issues and drive successful resolution.
• Supporting Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, where relevant to customer environments.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing, service improvements, documentation, and continuous development across the Business Applications practice.
