Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners and System Architects to conduct business analysis and align with product goals
Gather, analyze, and document business processes and customer requirements with stakeholders
Facilitate breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-sized User Stories with acceptance criteria
Monitor software development progress and provide feedback to ensure requirements are met
Develop and deliver product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of business analyst experience in information systems
Demonstrated experience with enterprise software or data solutions as a business analyst
Proficiency writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA or similar Agile tools
Hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with cross-functional team collaboration
Technical documentation skills including designs, diagrams, and operational procedures
Working knowledge of application security concepts and IT system user support
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
