Simbott Technologies LLP is looking for an organized accounts cum admin to handle company documentation, tender paperwork, quotations, travel, expenses, banking coordination and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare tender documents, quotations, proposals, brochures and official documents.
2. Manage tender submissions, records and follow-ups.
3. Coordinate with banks for documentation and payment-related matters.
4. Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure ageing is reduced to 15 days across clients.
5. Coordinate with the Accounts/CA team for invoices, GST/TDS and financial
6. documents.
7. Maintain company records, bills, receipts and documentation.
8. Coordinate with clients, vendors, government departments and internal teams.
9. Prepare letters, emails, reports and MIS.
10. Handle general office administration.

Other requirements

1. Graduate, preferably BCom/BBA/BMS.

2. 0-1 years of relevant experience.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

4. Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

5. Organized and detail-oriented.

6. Tender/GeM, banking and payment follow-up experience preferred.
