This Associate - Back Office role is with WNS, Part of Capgemini, an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations and transformation, serving more than 700 clients across 10 industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on Ticketing queues in the GDS- Sabre/Amadeus and take appropriate action, such as fulfilling tickets and processing ADM's, ARC's, BSP's* etc.
2. Perform data quality checks and complete invoicing activities using multiple tools.
3. Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls/emails.
4. Adhere to defined KPI/SLA of the process.
5. Work effectively in a group and collaborate with the team effectively.

Note: This is a complete night-shift role that operates on a 24/7 shift schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
