As part of the team, you will work in a highly hands-on environment with direct exposure to end-to-end product and process development, from concept and experimentation to production implementation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Accounts & Operations to support the Accounts and Operations function across day-to-day accounting, inventory management, procurement, vendor coordination, facility management, and office operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-growing deep-tech manufacturing environment, with opportunities to work closely with senior management and multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Support

• Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using Tally Prime and Zoho Books .
• Collect, scan, organize, and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors for invoice submissions and reimbursement documentation.
• Maintain accurate records for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes.
• Support preparation of finance-related reports, trackers, and documentation. 

Inventory Management

• Manage daily inventory inward and outward entries.
• Maintain and regularly update the Master Inventory Register.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of material movements.
• Assist with periodic inventory verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Support day-to-day procurement activities and purchase requirements.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Assist with purchase documentation and vendor follow-ups.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, consumables, and office supplies.

Operations & Facility Management

• Support the smooth functioning of office and facility operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Monitor daily facility requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and other office-related requirements.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and operational activities.

Skills Sets Required

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of invoice, voucher, reimbursement, and accounting documentation.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of procurement and vendor coordination.
• Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Operations, Administration, Inventory, or Procurement functions.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in maintaining inventory registers and performing stock reconciliation.
• Exposure to procurement processes and vendor management.
• Experience in handling invoices, reimbursements, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to prepare and maintain operational trackers and reports.
• Exposure to office/facility administration and coordination.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
