About the job

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
2. Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal and ledger entries
3. Manage accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments
4. Prepare and maintain GST-related records and reconciliations
5. Assist with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST compliance
6. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
7. Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required
8. Verify invoices, bills, credit/debit notes and supporting documents
9. Coordinate with CA/auditors for accounting, taxation and audit requirements
10. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records
11. Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and provide regular updates
