About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process and post routine accounting entries (AP/AR, GL, bank, cash).
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger clean-ups, and basic treasury documentation support.
Assist in preparing monthly schedules, reconciliations, and MIS inputs.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities under supervision.
Assist in basic tax compliance support (TDS/GST data compilation, invoice verification).
Support audit preparations (statutory/internal) by organizing vouchers, ledgers, and working papers.
Maintain audit trails, file supporting documents, and ensure data accuracy in Oracle.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice/expense queries and payment follow-ups.
Work primarily on Oracle Financials; follow standard operating procedures and controls.
