About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting audits, including statutory audits, audits under the Companies Act, bank audits, and internal audits
2. Providing tax and regulatory advisory services, including GST return filing, income tax return filing, and tax audits
3. Offering transaction structuring and tax advisory services to clients
4. Working on accounting and bookkeeping, and preparing MIS reports for clients
5. Conducting process reviews and risk assessments for clients
6. Reviewing internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
7. Certifying compliance with income-tax laws, FEMA regulations, and securities laws, among others

Note: Candidates having work experience in a CA/tax consultant firm would be preferred.
