Labcorp seeks an Associate Data Analyst in Bengaluru to manage clinical data discrepancies, perform data revisions, and support reconciliation activities. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders on data quality and compliance, operating on a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve client data discrepancies while maintaining GCP compliance and quality standards
• Perform data revisions ranging from basic to highly complex following established processes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate timely resolution of data issues
• Support workflow and client leads in data reconciliation and query management activities
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist leadership during audits and quality investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data management or relevant field
• Strong understanding of data revision, reconciliation, and clinical data processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and quality standards
