Labcorp seeks an Associate Data Analyst in Bengaluru to resolve client data discrepancies, perform data revisions, and support reconciliation activities in a clinical data management environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, quality compliance, and participation in process improvement initiatives on a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve simple to moderately complex client data discrepancies while maintaining GCP compliance
• Perform data revisions and cleaning activities following established processes and guidelines
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate timely issue resolution
• Support Workflow Leads and Client Leads in data reconciliation and query management execution
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support quality investigations and corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional or Labcorp experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of data revision and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of lab and clinical data management
• Ability to work on rotational shift schedule
