What We're Looking For● Graduate (Mandatory).
● 4-6 years of experience in retail, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
● Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.
● Strong communication, customer engagement, and people management skills.
● Comfortable with customer calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
● Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
● Comfortable using CRM systems and daily reporting tools.
● High ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
● Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
