About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.
2. Monitor progress against approved timelines, milestones and look-ahead plans.
3. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
4. Assist with civil, architectural and MEP coordination.
5. Track drawings, RFIs, material approvals, samples, mock-ups and submissions.
6. Assist with site inspections and monitor quality, safety and adherence to specifications.
7. Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, progress reports and project records.
8. Follow up on procurement and material deliveries.
9. Assist with quantity checks, estimation, billing and measurement coordination.
10. Identify constraints or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager.
11. Follow up on meeting actions through closure.
12. Support snagging, handover documentation, and project close-out.
