Assistant Manager for warehouse and distribution operations at Johnson & Johnson's Mumbai facility. Responsibilities
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and drive cost-efficient distribution operations across designated geography
Oversee operational KPIs including dock-to-stock, on-time shipment, and pick accuracy; implement continuous improvement initiatives
Lead transportation compliance activities and ensure implementation of global standards for temperature control and dangerous goods management
Execute regional warehouse transitions on time and on budget while maintaining service levels and EHS standards
Collaborate between sales and supply chain organizations to support growth and operational efficiency across J&J companies in region
Requirements
4-5 years industry experience in supply chain, warehousing, or transportation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
