Missions/Main Duties

We are seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager -Talent Acquisition for Faridabad.

• Participate in business meetings to understand the manpower requirement and update on progress of hiring, challenges etc.
• Responsible for closing of all assigned roles/positions within the standard TAT for the assigned project.
• Screening and interviewing candidates; creating the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide the hiring manager with a slate of candidates by conducting resume reviews and candidate phone screens.
• Preparing candidates for interviews with the Hiring Manager and ensure a positive experience for the candidate.
• Ensuring all open roles and candidate activity is captured in the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely hiring data in all TA trackers on a real time basis.
• Assist the TA Manager to adhere to the TA Process and maintaining the recruitment life cycle of assigned project manning
• Prepare job advertisements accurately for job boards and social media posting, ensure the content and design is in line with SYSTRA branding guidelines.
• To collaborates with a range of stakeholders across SYSTRA including Admin, HR, BD teams, Project Managers etc.

Profile/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• 8-12 years of Experience.
• 5 Years’ experience in relevant field
• Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to lead others.
• Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
• Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude
