Responsibilities
Optimize supply chain processes across planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Serve as liaison between business functions to ensure operational alignment
Manage supply chain metrics, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements
Process orders and coordinate logistics while maintaining exceptional customer service
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency using SAP systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of relevant supply chain experience
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of order processing, planning, procurement, and logistics coordination
APICS certification preferred; SAP certification beneficial
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of international shipping regulations advantageous
