Have knowledge and must understand Sales Processes & Sales Office Backend activities.
Must possess knowledge and experience in handling sales‑related tools & processes, sales KPIs.
Must have experience of handling Sales and Program related MIS, document management systems etc.
Must have knowledge of advanced excel, setting up MACROS, VBA.
Knowledge of quotation process, project acquisition process, customer satisfaction analysis, price & order management activities.
Person will be responsible for OEM/Customer portal management, Internal Purchase Order management & material price updates to be done at defined intervals for global KAM’s.
Candidate will also be responsible for preparation & release of sales KPI dashboards, templates & tool developments for sales MAHLE internal (CL2) processes, testing of applications, release of work instructions & process trainings to concerned teams regionally and globally.
Working in co-ordination with colleagues from other regions and providing them regular updates on the day-to-day progress.
Your Experience and Qualification
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales operations or business support roles.
Automotive industry experienced is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong process knowledge.
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Minimum Requirement:
Strong computer skills, including MS Office — with expertise in VBA Macros, advanced Excel, data management, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
Responsible, well‑organized, and a logical thinker.
Passionate about learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
