Job Description

Revenue Generation & Sales Targets

• Achieve individual assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to driving Avery Dennison India’s goal.

• Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

2. Strategic Brand & Stakeholder Management

• Develop, nurture, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives at global and regional Brand Local Offices.

• Position Avery Dennison as a preferred solutions partner by understanding brand goals, challenges, and requirements.

3. RFP & Global Commercial Coordination

• Lead global or local RFPs/ tenders assigned key accounts.

• Coordinate closely with Avery Dennison’s Global Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment, consistent pricing strategies, and smooth execution of business.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment (Factory & Product Development)

• Work seamlessly with Factory Sales teams to align brand-level commitments with factory-level execution, ensuring complete visibility.

• Work with the Product Development team to champion new item developments.

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to provide a long term sales plan..

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or brand solutions within Packaging, Labelling, Apparel/Retail Accessories, or Manufacturing industries.
