Job Description

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager – Process Training will oversee end-to-end training delivery, manage training KPIs, and ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives. Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.• 5–7 years of experience in process training, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.• Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.• Empathy, adaptability, and coaching skills.
