Job brief
We are looking for an AM/DM – PMS & OD to support performance management processes, organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, competency mapping, training coordination, and HR process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills and a keen interest in enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, periodic reviews, and annual appraisals.
Track KRAs, KPIs, and employee performance evaluation timelines.
Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee effectiveness and productivity.
Assist with competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and development planning.
Coordinate training and development programs based on identified employee needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and action plans.
Maintain PMS records, reports, dashboards, and HR MIS.
Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure timely completion of PMS activities.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven HR decisions.
