Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
- Drive sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability and wastage.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, training and team development.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate cash, stock and operational records.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and result-oriented candidates who enjoy working with people and managing business operations.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- QSR / Quick Service Restaurant
- Retail
- E-commerce / Quick Commerce
- Cinema / Multiplex
- Hotel / Hospitality
- Café / Restaurant

Experience: Freshers to 3 years

Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
