Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Role Overview
Mahindra Powerol is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Diesel Generator division. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for sales.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly dashboards to management for informed decision-making.
Manage order processing and credit control activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure data accuracy.
Automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization for efficiency.
Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP (basic level) .
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or power solutions industry is an advantage.
