Key representative for operational forums/projects
Lead for key process improvement initiatives and identifying process wastes
Analyse team performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve overall operational performance
Drive team performance
Conduct performance management
Graduate in any discipline.
Overall experience of 15+ years , with a minimum of 2-4 years of Team Leader / Assistant Manager (AM) experience reflected on official employment records.
Proven experience in managing a team of at least 8-13 FTEs .
Strong experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance domain , specifically in Accounting and Settlements will be added advantage.
Proven stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
