Company Overview: Our client is into glass manufacturing industry 

• Welfare Officer Functions: Ensure employee welfare, manage worker grievances, and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, factory rules, and welfare regulations.
• Time Office Management: Maintain attendance, shift schedules, overtime, leave records, and employee working-hour data.
• Payroll Coordination: Verify attendance and overtime data and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing.
• Contract Labour Management: Maintain contract labour records, attendance, and statutory documentation.
• Statutory Records: Maintain registers, employee records, and documentation related to labour compliance, inspections, and audits.
• Employee Relations: Handle worker queries, disciplinary matters, and coordination between employees and management.
• Reporting: Prepare attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and employee welfare reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in Welfare Officer and Time Office functions , preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
• Good communication, employee-handling, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with hands-on experience in factory HR operations, employee welfare, labour compliance, and end-to-end time office management.
