Job Description – Assistant Manager / HR Generalist

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies, recruitment coordination, HR interviews, employee joining and exit formalities, while providing effective support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

· Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements and HR interviews.

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and joining coordination.

· Conduct and manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.

· Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.

· Ensure proper execution of HR policies, processes and procedures.

· Handle exit formalities, full & final coordination and exit documentation.

· Manage attendance, leave records and employee-related HR queries.

· Employee engagement activities and address routine employee concerns.

· Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate HR MIS.

· Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

· 5-6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.

· Strong experience in Recruitment & Interview Coordination.

· Hands-on experience in Joining & Exit Formalities.

· Good knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle management.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
