Job Description
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
Respond promptly to guest queries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner with empathy and active listening
Provide supportive guidance to reception team members to foster a collaborative work environment
Maintain accurate front-office logs, shift reports, and comprehensive records of guest information, bookings, and special requests
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address operational needs and resolve day-to-day issuesRemain flexible and willing to work extended hours or shifts as needed to support hotel operationsAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with composure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in guest relations, front-office operations, or customer-facing hospitality roles
Experience with hotel management systems or reservation software
