The role involves monthly and quarterly closing activities, expense management, forecasting, and business partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
Manage business unit operating expenses during monthly pre-close and closing periods
Reconcile headcount and prepare commission and incentive program reports monthly
Maintain margin dashboards and provide timely financial analysis for business decisions
Prepare quarter-end revenue recognition reviews and support quarterly reporting deliverables
Support business reviews with financial context and analysis
Requirements
CA or CMA with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in FP&A
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PLN financial systems
SAP experience preferred
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience in operating expense management and financial close processes
