About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the execution and coordination of assignments relating to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), liquidation, personal guarantor insolvency, and other IBC-related matters.
2. Prepare notices, minutes of meetings, agendas, presentations, reports, and other documentation required for insolvency assignments.
3. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, corporate representatives, advocates, valuers, auditors, and other professionals and stakeholders.
4. Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance, filing requirements, and deadlines across relevant portals.
5. Conduct legal research on the IBC, applicable regulations, and relevant Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT, and Supreme Court judgments.
6. Maintain assignment records, compliance trackers, stakeholder databases, and other internal documentation.
7. Support the team in day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Other requirements

1. Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, Law, or a related discipline.

2. Semi-qualified CA/CS/CMA or LLB candidates are also encouraged to apply.

3. Prior experience in insolvency, restructuring, finance, compliance, or legal assignments will be an advantage.

4. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.

6. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
