Responsibilities
Deliver franchise contribution, gross profit, and spend analysis for assigned franchises
Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
Support marketing and franchise initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations
Conduct period closing activities, variance analysis, and management reporting
Partner with supply chain and stakeholders on integrated business planning and cash flow initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA qualification
4–7 years of related finance or accounting experience
Strong analytical skills with business acumen and financial principles knowledge
Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
Data analytics passion with independent thinking and planning capabilities
