Job Brief
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – PMS & OD to support performance management processes, organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, competency mapping, training coordination, and HR process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and an interest in enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management from a Tier 1 institute only.
2–4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, periodic reviews, and annual appraisals.
Track KRAs, KPIs, and employee performance evaluation timelines.
Support organizational development initiatives to improve employee effectiveness and productivity.
Assist with competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and development planning.
Coordinate training and development programs based on identified employee needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and action plans.
Maintain PMS records, reports, dashboards, and HR MIS.
Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure timely completion of PMS activities.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and support data-driven HR decisions.
