PURPOSE OF POSITION 

The position will support the India HR function in the effective administration of HR operations, HR systems, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development activities. The role will also assist in HR reporting and coordination with Group HR on selected reporting and system-related requirements.

Based in Delhi, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate HR data management, supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and administration, maintaining HR reports, coordinating training activities, and providing operational support across key HR processes.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for India operations.
• Manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
• Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment partners as required.

HR Systems Administration (SAP SuccessFactors)

• Support the implementation, administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy within the HRMS.
• Assist employees and managers with HR system-related queries.
• Support system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Coordinate with IT and HR stakeholders on HR system requirements.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with established HR processes.

HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Generate workforce, recruitment, training, and performance management reports.
• Support compilation of reports required by management and Group HR.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of periodic reports.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create and assign training programs and learning curricula.
• Monitor training completion and maintain learning records.
• Generate training-related reports and dashboards.
• Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Performance Management Support

• Support implementation and administration of the Performance Management System.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related communications.
• Assist employees and managers regarding performance management processes.
• Prepare performance-related reports and dashboards.

Learning & Development Support

• Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
• Track training nominations, attendance, and completion records.
• Support identification and implementation of learning interventions.
• Assist in maintaining training calendars and learning documentation.

Coordination with Group HR

• Support preparation and consolidation of reports required by Group HR.
• Coordinate on HR system-related activities and process requirements.
• Assist in implementation of Group HR guidelines and initiatives where applicable.
• Support data requests and periodic reporting requirements from corporate HR team. 

Qualifications

• MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 6–9 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Analytics, or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in LMS administration (SAP Successfactors) and HR reporting will be preferred.
• Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, and training processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or multinational environment will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A sharp eye for detail , especially in data accuracy, MIS preparation, and report generation

Salary range : Annual CTC of ₹10–15 Lakhs (including variable pay).
