Pfizer seeks an Assistant Associate for warehouse operations at its Vizag facility. The role involves managing materials handling, inventory control, and shipping of pharmaceuticals using specialized equipment, while maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, manage inventory, and ship pharmaceutical materials and finished goods
• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, and other powered equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete documentation using computerized inventory systems in compliance with cGMP standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for warehouse operations and hi-rise activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–6 years of warehouse or materials handling experience
• Proficiency operating motorized forklifts and material handling equipment
• Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, SharePoint
• Knowledge of SAP systems, digital applications, and AMPS software
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience handling SPM and SFG materials in pharmaceutical environments
