Assistant Associate responsible for warehouse operations and material movement at Pfizer's Vizag facility. The role involves managing inventory logistics, operating equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting pharmaceutical supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage material and finished goods movement using forklifts, conveyors, and related warehouse equipment
Complete inventory documentation and maintain records using computerized systems
Adhere to SOPs, cGMP regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality gains
Provide technical support to warehouse operations and resolve logistics issues
Requirements
High school diploma or GED with minimum 2 years experience
Forklift operation capability and motorized equipment proficiency
Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
Proficiency in inventory documentation and computerized inventory systems
Effective communication across shifts and team coordination
