Job Opening: Assistant/Associate Professor – Commerce & Management

Location: Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Commerce / Management from a recognized university
  

• Graduation & MBA or Mcom & Ph.D Marketing / BA / Operation / HR / Finannce 
  

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Management with minimum 60% marks
  

• Graduation in relevant discipline is mandatory
  

• Minimum 2–3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience as Associate Professor (as per UGC norms)
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teaching UG/PG courses in Commerce and Management
  

• Guiding research scholars and supervising projects
  

• Publishing research in reputed journals
  

• Academic planning, curriculum development, and institutional activities
  

Salary Range:

40,000 to 70,000 per month for Assistant Professor level

70,000 to 1,40,000 per month for Associate Professor Level (Based on interview performance, prior experience, and current salary)
