Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly, preferably in LV panels.
Strong understanding of electrical components and low voltage systems (up to 1000V AC).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layout diagrams.
Familiar with the use of hand tools, crimping tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters.
Knowledge of IEC/NEC standards related to LV panel construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with control panel wiring and motor control centres (MCCs).
Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation panel wiring.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 45001.
