Litehouse DeepTech is a DPIIT-recognised deep tech startup in Mumbai building AI engines for credit, compliance, and trust in financial services. We are looking for an AI expert to be the Founder's right hand: to set up the team, run the Founder's office, and drive every commitment to closure.

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive closure: own the Founder's priority list, assign every item an owner and deadline, run a weekly closure review, and follow up until each item is closed.
2. Build the team: the team is yet to be set up. Define the first roles, hire and onboard with the Founder, and set up HR policies, contracts, payroll, and tools.
3. Run the Founder's office: prepare meeting briefs, send minutes and follow-ups within 24 hours, and draft investor updates, board papers and partner communications.
4. Lead on AI: work as a peer to engineers, assess AI candidates, vendors and models, and explain our products to banks, NBFCs and investors.
5. Track key workstreams: fundraising, grant and government applications, customer pilots, and the statutory compliance calendar.

Working arrangement: part-time, about 10 to 12 hours a week, from home, with hours agreed with the Founder. Candidates must live in Mumbai and attend in-person meetings at short notice.

Other requirements

1. 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in a founder's office, Chief of Staff, strategy, or consulting role.

2. AI expert: degree or recognised certification in AI, machine learning, or data science, or hands-on experience building AI products.

3. English-medium educated, with excellent written and spoken English.

4. Must be based in Mumbai.
