Area Sales Manager in Delhi, भारत

Intuitive Surgical seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive da Vinci Surgical System sales into new and existing hospitals within an assigned territory. The role requires building clinical and administrative support, managing complex capital equipment sales processes, and achieving quarterly targets in the Delhi region.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex sales cycles for da Vinci system purchases and upgrades in assigned territory
• Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, meetings, and system demonstrations
• Develop surgical advocacy teams and engage hospital executives and surgeons
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and coordinate transition to clinical sales team
• Develop expertise in primary OR procedures and create business cases for system purchase

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of medical device sector experience, preferably in capital equipment sales
• Knowledge of operating room environment and surgical procedures
• Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on account distribution
• Fluency in English and local language; MBA from premier institution preferred
