Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – School Finance
Locations: Jaipur & Udaipur, Rajasthan
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Product: School Finance / Education Finance
Experience: Relevant experience in School Finance / Education Finance. Prime LAP candidates can also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales for School Finance products.

• Generate and manage business opportunities across the assigned market.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, institutions, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with company policies.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in School Finance / Education Finance / Prime LAP / Mortgage .

• Strong sales and business development experience in BFSI/NBFC.

• Candidates with Prime LAP experience may be considered .

• Strong market knowledge and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented approach with strong business acumen.
