Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business and operational initiatives related to technology-enabled supply chain and commerce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support timely execution of assigned activities.
Assist in improving processes related to sourcing, distribution, fulfilment, and business operations.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
Analyse operational or business information and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and relevant business data.
Support the implementation and adoption of technology-driven processes and tools.
Monitor assigned activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure business requirements are met.
Assist in identifying operational challenges and work with relevant teams toward practical solutions.
Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on open requirements.
Support ongoing projects, process enhancements, and other business initiatives as required.
What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of professional experience in a business, operations, technology, supply chain, commerce, or related environment.
• Strong interest in technology-enabled business and supply chain operations .
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to resolving issues.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
