The Zonal Head Kolkata will be responsible for expanding the partner network and achieving sales targets across Bihar, Jharkand, Orissa, North east and West Bengal. The role requires strong experience in managing large territories, driving business growth, and taking ownership of revenue targets. The incumbent will remotely lead and supervise a team of State Heads, set and monitor business goals, and ensure profitable growth across the zone. Ultimately, the Zonal Head will drive the overall performance of the zone and ensure business objectives are consistently achieved.
Strategic Zonal Planning: Build Zonal sales strategies and manage annual operating plans aligned with core business targets.
Operations & Leadership Support: Assist State Heads daily and manage cross-state, brand, and individual sales performance evaluation.
Deliver Zonal sales updates and accurately project quarterly and annual growth metrics.
Talent Development: Identify recruitment needs while onboarding, selecting, and training new sales team members.
Market Opportunity Analysis: Track Zonal market trends to uncover expansion pathways and drive new business growth
Expansion & Acquisition Strategy: Contribute directly to key corporate decisions regarding territory expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Minimum 14+ years of deep domain expertise with a successful background in governing state-wide operations.
MBA or relevant advanced discipline strongly preferred
Proven track record roles (Regional/Area /Zonal Manager) steering large-scale sales operations and driving revenue growth.
Expert command over sales performance metrics, ROI optimization, and enterprise analytical software to drive data-informed decisions.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively to execute field strategies and manage key accounts.
