Medtronic seeks an Area Manager for its Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio in Bangalore to drive sales, market development, and clinical adoption across assigned territories. The role involves building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, executing territory business plans, and supporting procedure-based therapy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales, revenue, and market share targets for peripheral vascular portfolio
• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive therapy adoption and expand customer reach
• Build relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, evaluations, and training programs
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing business insights to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 8+ years of experience
• Or Associate's degree plus 6+ years of experience
• Or Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience
• Experience in peripheral vascular, endovascular, or interventional radiology therapies
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and distributor management
• Demonstrated ability to support clinical cases and product demonstrations
