Medtronic seeks an Area Manager for Cardiac Surgery to drive commercial growth and customer engagement across Delhi and Rajasthan. The role combines field-based account management with remote work, focusing on sales performance, clinical adoption, and relationship building with cardiac surgery stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute account plans to drive territory sales growth and expand Cardiac Surgery therapy adoption across hospitals
• Build and maintain clinical relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital procurement stakeholders
• Provide product education, technical support, and procedural assistance during surgical cases
• Deliver training programs and in-service sessions on therapy portfolios for new and existing customers
• Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to internal teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma plus 8+ years experience, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years
• Experience in Cardiac Surgery, Cardiovascular, or related medical device therapies
• Ability to support live surgical procedures and work with cardiac surgeons
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and healthcare market dynamics
• Perfusion Technology certification or advanced degree in relevant life sciences field (preferred)
