Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive the sales strategy and revenue targets across all hotels in the assigned area/cluster.
● Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, MICE/event planners, and other B2B accounts 
at a national level.
● Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the client base across the region.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR trends across properties; take corrective 
actions where required.
● Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to align pricing, packages, and inventory strategy 
with sales goals.
● Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and area performance reviews to senior leadership.
● Represent Z Hotels at trade shows, client meetings, and industry networking events to strengthen brand presence.
● Drive key account retention and growth through structured account management practices.
● Ensure adherence to sales SOPs, CRM discipline, and reporting standards across the cluster.
● Coordinate with property GMs to align local sales efforts with the overall area sales strategy.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
● Minimum 8–10 years of overall sales experience, with a strong background in national sales.
● Prior experience in hotel/hospitality sales is mandatory.
● Proven experience managing sales across multiple locations/properties or a large territory.
● Experience handling corporate, MICE, and travel trade accounts preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong individual sales drive with the ability to work independently and eventually build/lead a team as the cluster 
scales.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
● Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance tracking.
● Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
● Willingness to travel extensively across North India properties.
Education:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
